    3. How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped or produced. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

    4. How do I initiate a return?

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

    5. What is the return eligibility?

    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are exempt from the 30-day return policy.

    6. Who bears the shipping fee for returns?

    Customers initiating a return will bear the shipping fee based on the chosen express company. However, if the returned goods are damaged or incorrect due to our oversight, we will cover the shipping fee.

    7. How long does it take to process a refund?

    After receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

    8. What is Fabuletta's shipping timeframe?

    Our processing duration is approximately 3-7 business days. Expedited delivery typically ranges between 2 to 4 business days, while standard delivery generally extends from 5 to 10 business days.

    9. Can I modify my delivery address?

    Once the order has been dispatched or shipment preparation has begun, the delivery address cannot be modified. Please ensure to provide an accurate address during checkout.

    10. What should I do if my package is marked as undeliverable?

    If a package returns to Fabuletta marked as undeliverable, please contact us to coordinate reshipment. Additional fees may apply.

2.Poorly cooked or undercooked .

1. Too much food, no increase in time or temperature.  

Observe closely during cooking and increase the temperature and time appropriately.

2. Wrong menu selection, not selecting the correct function menu.

Re-select the correct function menu.  

3. Frozen ingredients are not thawed.

Thaw frozen ingredients before cooking.

 

 

3.Cooking too much, or burning food .

1. Too small a portion of food, not reducing the temperature and time.

Observe closely during cooking and reduce the temperature and time appropriately.

2. The food is too big or piled up too high, which will burn the food if it touches the heaters.

Re-arrange the ingredients so that they are not too big or too high.

4.Uneven cooking of food

1. No preheating

 When there is a lot of food, it is recommended to preheat the food first, then put the ingredients into cooking.

2. Too much food stacked on top of each other.

After cooking for a period of time, you need to turn the food to make it more evenly heated; you can turn it several times.

5.Food effect is not crispy enough

1. Insufficient oil on food surface

Apply more oil on the surface of the food.

2. More ingredients, temperature not adjusted.

Increase the temperature and time properly when there are more food.

6.French fries are not good enough

Solutions

1. Frozen fries have been left out for too long and have too much moisture.

Frozen fries do not need to be thawed, they can be put directly into the preheated frying pan.

2. Fresh fries are not well fried, cut in uneven sizes, surface moisture is not controlled.

Fresh fries should be cut evenly, 10x10mm long strips are preferred, moisture on the surface should be controlled and dried, and the surface should be well mixed with oil before frying, and then put into the pan immediately.

7.Smell plastic odor or strange smell when working.

If you use the machine for the first time and it smells bad

Cut 5 slices of lemon, put them into the frying blue, and turn on the machine with 400F (200C) for 10 minutes to eliminate the odor.

If you have used the product several times and there is no odor before, but now you have an odor.

Possible cause is that the inside is not clean, use 400F (200C) to dry burn for 5 minutes.

 

 

8.The display shows E1,E2...... error signals and does not work
