• Remove and reinstall the battery pack;
• Charge the battery pack;
• Clear the blockage and restart after cooling;
• Send the video to the support team to replace the parts.

       Automatic shut-down

• Clean the floor brush;
• Remove the battery pack and fully charge it;
• Clean the dust cup and filter;
• Clean air intakes;

      The floor brush does not turn/does not light up

• Reinstall the floor brush;
• Determine whether it is a problem with the telescopic tube or the floor brush.

      Charging is not normal

• Use the original adapter;
• Ensure power wall socket is normal;
• Replace the battery pack.

      Short battery life/fast power consumption

• Use the original adapter to charge;
• Clean the vacuum cleaner in time;
• Ensure fully charge before use;

      Weak suction

• Empty the dust cup;
• Remove the debris that clogs the electric floor brush, tube or filter;
• Fully charge the battery pack;
• Replace new HEPA filter
