Thickly cut bread |
Thick slices will take longer to toast since more moisture must be evaporated from the bread before toasting can occur.Start by using a higher shade settingthannormal. |
Fruit breads |
Remove any loose fruits from the surface ofthe bread before placing intothe toaster.Start by using the lightest setting. |
Pastries |
Toaster pastries should be heated in a toaster oven broiler.If you must use toaster -ALWAYS set to lowest shade setting,NEVER heat cracked,broken or warped pastries,and NEVER leave unattended. |
·Toasting is affected bythe temperature or moisture of the bread.If you toast room temperature bread to a medium setting color normally,then the same type of bread that has been refrigerated may require higher setting,and if frozen,beter to use Defrost setting. ·When toasting the irregular surface items,such as English muffins,or Thickly cut pieces of bread ,they may require more than one toasting cycle. ·When toasting a single slice,you may notice variations in bread color from side to side. ·Use +10sec function to adjust the toasting time to obtain your prefer crispy.Watch closely to avoid overbrowning. ·Do not heat anyfood productthathas been spread or iced with margarine,butter jelly,frosting,syrup,or other spread. |

1.The toaster does not work |
A.Make sure the plug is securely inserted into the outlet Insert the plug into different outlet for checking. B.Touch the Power button to turn on the touchscreen. |
2.Toast Control Lever won't stay down |
A.Clean crumbs/debris in the crumb tray by sliding it out. B.Turn the toaster upside down and shake the crumbs out. |
3.Bread gets stuck in toaster |
A.Unplug the toaster and allow to cool.Raise and lower the toast control lever to too loosen the jammed food.Using a pair of wooden tongs,pull the food that is stuck out of the toaster. Check to see if any small pieces are left and remove those as well. B.Remove the crumb tray and tip the crumbs into the trash. C.Never use metal utensils to lift food from the toaster or free jammed food.Never stick a fork or fingers into the toaster slot. |
4.Toast is too light/too dark |
A.Check the browning setting for toasting.Make sure the Defrost button is not selected if toasting fresh bread. B.Select a lower setting next time if your toast is too dark and a higher setting if your toast is too light. C.For very fresh bread or whole-wheat bread,use a higher setting than normal. D.Check for consistent power supply.Ensure that the toaster is plugged into a stable and appropriate power source. E.Plug into a separate outlet. |
5.Toast is much lighter or much darker on one side |
A.The Bagel function only toast one side and warm the other side.Please don't select the bagel function while toasting bread. B.Ensure that the bread slices are centered in the slots. C.The bread too soft or too thin.Try to use bread slices that fit well within the dimensions of the toaster slots. |
6.Smoke comes out of the toaster |
A.Push the cancel button to stop the toasting process B.Empty crumb tray if it is full and clean if needed. |
7.The cord is damaged |
